This Refund Policy applies to all PepVault subscription purchases. We want you to be satisfied with your membership. If you have a billing issue or are not happy with your purchase, read below to understand your options.
If you are not satisfied with your PepVault subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time subscribers only. To request a refund, email support@pepvault.com with the subject line "Refund Request" from the email address associated with your account.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Once processed, your account will be downgraded to the free tier immediately.
Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are not eligible for refund after the renewal charge has been processed. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your account settings.
We send a renewal reminder email 3 days before any annual subscription renewal. If you did not receive this reminder and were charged unexpectedly, contact support within 48 hours of the charge and we will review your case.
Annual subscriptions may be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the subscription term. You may cancel at any time — cancellation stops future renewals but does not generate a prorated refund for unused months.
We will issue a refund outside the standard window in the following circumstances: (a) a technical error on our end prevented you from accessing features you paid for, (b) you were charged twice for the same subscription period, or (c) other documented billing errors attributable to PepVault.
Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with content, disagreement with platform information, or change of mind after the 7-day window are not eligible under this policy.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation is immediate and prevents future charges. You retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this policy, please contact support@pepvault.com separately.
