By accessing or using PepVault ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

ALL CONTENT ON PEPVAULT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Nothing on this Platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a recommendation to use any substance. Peptide and supplement information is provided for research and reference purposes.

The use of any compound described on PepVault — including peptides, research chemicals, or supplements — carries inherent risks. Many compounds indexed on PepVault are not approved by the FDA for human use and are sold legally only for research purposes.

Always consult a licensed, qualified healthcare provider before starting any peptide, supplement, or research compound protocol. PepVault is not liable for any health outcomes resulting from decisions made based on information found on this platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use PepVault. By using the Platform, you represent that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

PepVault offers a paid subscription plan that provides access to premium features. Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) and are processed through Stripe.

You authorize PepVault to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until that date.

PepVault reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review the Refund Policy before subscribing.

All content on PepVault — including text, data, graphics, compound entries, guides, articles, and software — is the property of PepVault or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from PepVault content without express written permission. Personal, non-commercial reference use (e.g., viewing your own protocol) is permitted.

You agree not to: (a) use PepVault for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; (c) scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) upload or transmit malicious code; (f) use the Platform to harass, threaten, or harm others.

PEPVAULT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information is complete, accurate, or current.

Regulatory status, dosing data, and research information are provided as reference only and may not reflect the most current official guidance. Always verify regulatory status with the relevant authority (FDA, WADA, EMA, etc.) before making decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPVAULT AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HEALTH OUTCOMES, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of PepVault shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use of PepVault after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
